Zoom Integration with Catch Up
1. Introduction
Zoom integration with Catch Up enables seamless collaboration, ensuring all functionalities like app authorization, scope usage, and end-user features work as expected. This documentation provides steps for adding, using, and removing the Zoom integration.
2. Adding the App
To integrate Zoom with Catch Up, follow these steps:
• Step 1: App authorization is required to provided admin credentials. The Zoom admin of the company will receive credentials to log into Catch Up’s admin panel.
• Step 2: Navigate to the “Integrations” tab in Catch Up’s application.
• Step 3: Click on the “Zoom” tab on the sidebar to open the Zoom integration page.
• Step 4: If the client’s plan includes integration capabilities, Catch Up will walk you through the process of linking Zoom with Catch Up.
3. Removing the App
• Step 1) In the admin panel click zoom under Integrations and there is an uninstall button.
• Step 2) It will redirect you to the zoom app management and you can remove them and also our API remove the user info.
• Step 3) all Zoom integration will be removed
